Hosting & other costs
Domain, hosting and paid tools are separate. Costs are agreed upfront; you own the accounts and pay providers directly.
Extra features & revisions
Two revision rounds cover one design direction, with feedback grouped per round. Fixing our errors does not use up a round. Extra pages, shops, bookings and integrations are quoted separately.
After launch
We fix faults in the agreed build for 14 days after launch. This aftercare does not limit your legal rights. Later updates can be covered by optional care or quoted separately.

Plan
Tell us about your business and what your website needs to do. We’ll agree the pages, content and timing before you pay your deposit.
Build
We design and build your website, then share a preview for you to review. Two rounds of feedback let us refine the design and details.
Launch
Approve your website and pay the balance, then we run the final checks and launch. Handover and 14 days of fault fixes after launch are included.
